attentive staff convenient location nearby restaurants stiff bed flat pillow terrible combination
The location is great for accessing river boats. These boats can take you to many tourist attractions and temples. The staff were very attentive. I found the area close to restaurants and bars.
I found that the bed and pillow combination were terrible. The bed felt stiff. It was like springs were sticking out. I also found the single small pillow was flat.

great location spacious room stiff bed small pillow
the hotel has a great location near many attractions. i found the boat taxi and khao san road within walking distance. the room i stayed in, a standard twin room, was very spacious. the air conditioning unit worked well.
the bed felt stiff to me, i thought springs were sticking out. the pillow was small and unsupportive. i would expect dual king-size pillows at this quality of hotel. i found the combination not comfortable.

poor a c hot room
my room wasn't great, i think. the air conditioning barely worked. it took hours to cool down, and that was a problem. i also had to take my keycard when i left. the room got really hot during the day because of this. the room temperature never got comfortable.

clean and convenient stay
super clean cleanliness friendly staff dedicated smoking area
The hotel keeps things very clean. Rooms received daily attention. crisp white sheets and fresh towels arrived as standard. staff proved both helpful and approachable. i used the smoking area on the fourth floor. It was well kept and away from the main areas.
the walls seemed quite thin, i could hear sounds from the hallway sometimes.

my room included effective air conditioning ensuring a comfortable temperature. i appreciated the daily housekeeping that maintained a high level of cleanliness. the bed offered adequate support for a restful sleep and fresh linen was provided daily.

The staff assisted with arranging taxis to the airport at a reasonable cost. check-in was efficient. The staff were ready to help with any questions i had. the team at the front desk were consistently polite and helpful.

I found many spots just outside the hotel. this made getting meals quick and easy. There was a wide range of cuisines available. local snacks were available in the reception area. A great touch!

friendly staff quiet room family room
the family room accommodated my family well we had adjoining rooms offering privacy and security for the kids the staff proved both friendly and helpful i found the room reasonably quiet given its proximity to the road i had a good night's sleep.
