the hotel has a great location near many attractions. i found the boat taxi and khao san road within walking distance. the room i stayed in, a standard twin room, was very spacious. the air conditioning unit worked well.
the bed felt stiff to me, i thought springs were sticking out. the pillow was small and unsupportive. i would expect dual king-size pillows at this quality of hotel. i found the combination not comfortable.

poor achot room
my room wasn't great, i think. the air conditioning barely worked. it took hours to cool down, and that was a problem. i also had to take my keycard when i left. the room got really hot during the day because of this. the room temperature never got comfortable.

The hotel keeps things very clean. Rooms received daily attention. crisp white sheets and fresh towels arrived as standard. staff proved both helpful and approachable. i used the smoking area on the fourth floor. It was well kept and away from the main areas.
the walls seemed quite thin, i could hear sounds from the hallway sometimes.

my room included effective air conditioning ensuring a comfortable temperature. i appreciated the daily housekeeping that maintained a high level of cleanliness. the bed offered adequate support for a restful sleep and fresh linen was provided daily.

The staff assisted with arranging taxis to the airport at a reasonable cost. check-in was efficient. The staff were ready to help with any questions i had. the team at the front desk were consistently polite and helpful.

the family room accommodated my family well we had adjoining rooms offering privacy and security for the kids the staff proved both friendly and helpful i found the room reasonably quiet given its proximity to the road i had a good night's sleep.
